Anyone had one of these fitted to mk6 rcd310 does it have same functionality as the old mk5 where it comes up with phone on radio and pauses track etc...
?
I had the CK3100 fitted by my dealer predelivery, as they advised me it was better (and a lot cheaper) than VW's integrated Bluetooth unit. It worked perfectly with the RCD510 (standard equipment on the GTI here in France) and now with the RNS510 I recently retrofitted. As you say, tracks are paused, audio volume is cut, etc. The phone button on the steering wheel doesn't do anything, although I believe you can fit additional bits and pieces to make it fully compatible. I would imagine the RCD310 is pretty much the same.
