having same issue so covered mine with some ed hardy seat covers, just til i get some new interior, i have had 2 full valets and both have turned around and said 'im really sorry but i cant get the hair as its stuck in loops of carpet and won't come out seats' 
but if u work in a vets go on ebay get some nice covers for while u work then u can jus stick em in wash when they get dirty!!
were these mobile valeters or were they just a bunch of guys in an empty petrol forecourt offering 'valeting'?
you should be able to get the hairs out of the carpet... wire brush as I said earlier will do the job. should also come out of the seats using a rubber brush/rubber gloves to build up static.
just spend an afternoon doing it yourself and be detailed and take your time. it will get there.
