VW Driver Mag - July (GTI Special) Edition

It's on sale tomorrow from big magazine stockists and is the annual special edition featuring all revisions of the Golf GTI.

You'll notice that both Steve P and yours truly have owner review pieces in the mk6 owners section.  Anyone elses mk6 in there from here?

I am in the MK6 section as well

Good magazine

No GTD's in sight :grin:

Mk6 GTi - returned to leasing company after 3 great years and replaced with :

Mk5 GTi - Edition 30 - Revo 1 and some tweaks - 310 bhp. Its a better car than the Mk6  - Now sold and replaced with :

Mk6 R - Rising Blue 5 Door. Won't be standard 270bhp for long

Family Car : Mercedes ML420 with 360 bhp
Looking at Porsche Macan as replacement

I subscribed to VW Driver magazine last year to keep me going during the long wait for my GTI. I cancelled after 6 months or so, however, simply because it's so biased: anything remotely related to VW, Audi or Seat is either 'brilliant', 'awesome', or 'amazing'.

Except when they got on to the GTD. They obviously had to admit that wasn't so good.
