Canon 400D with the kit 18-55mm lens and a Sigma flash gun on the hotshoe.

Good results considering it's on camera, I take it you're bouncing and using a bounce card.

Just used it bare (no diffuser) pointed it straight up and bounced off the (white) ceiling.
