Ileage on clocks

If I buy new clocks and put them on car can I change them to the mileage on the old clocks ,

It's digital and on a combo van

I see "digital dash correction" services advertised in the the back of the carmart.
Always thought they sounded a bit dodge but I'm sure there's a way.

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.
