I'm starting to get a bit hacked off about my car insurance as the renewal for the bike came in at £350 for the year with riding other bikes and the cars £130 a month. SO I was looking around and spotted on the CN website this nice big claim saying they believe riders make better drivers as they are more aware, so treat bike no claims as car no claims or of words to that effect.
How refreshing I thought as I have 3 years NCB for the bike but it's not recognised on the car.
Went through the motions and managed to speak to the biggest uninterested TW@T in my life -
A) He didn't want to know and could tell he wasn't interested
B)Stupid questions - He asked what type of golf, I say MK3 he asks, yeah but what type
C)He ended up hanging up on me.
Basically this was of no use to me - he said because I have had my licence less than a year no one was willing to mirror my NCB's and came back with a quote £1100. I only have 4 months left until I get 1 years NCB for the car so told him no thanks, which is where he hung up on me.
So if you see this and think that's a pretty good deal try again.
Does anyone else know of any other insurance companies that offer this?
