Hi All,
I'm removing the Manifold off a 9A lump out of a corrado, and one of the bolts is giving me chew. One of the lower bolt's, the one with the least access space (second from left when looking at rear of engine). You cant get a socket on it due to the angle on the pipe, nor can I get a nut splitter etc. I can just about get a ring spanner on it, but the 12 point I have is slipping off, I was hoping a 6 point would give me enough grip to remove it.
These don't seem to be very easy to come by. anyone suggest anywhere I could get hold of one? ideally a shop chain, as want to get this thing removed asap. Even better does anyone have any other ideas on how I could remove the bugger? As i'm struggling.
