« on: 10 April 2010, 21:39 »
i am considering buying an ebay special cai/filter..  havent really heard many reviews on them but i know the ignition module needs relocating and needs a decent heat sink.. what have others done regarding moving the ignition module to a suitble place with adequite cooling?.
thanks, jamie.

With my one i took the cooling fines out of the air box and left it attached to the module. This way then it can get better cooling rather than leaving it as a flat plate. I then cable tyed it to the big black wire truncking thing ( where all the wires from the engine bay go thouth the bulk head and into the cabin). I have had mine like that for about 4 years and never had any truble with it falling off, over heating, etc :)
