Simple chrome cleaner does the job for me, though I try to give them a quick wipe down with a damp rag after every trip, thereby avoiding the need for any kind of chemical.

He is a bit extreme granted, but he obviously loves what he does. I totally love cleaning my car too.

That RS broke is a little mental  Im only going to about 30% his metal state with the underside of mine.  Were he just wants his too look nice im going to rip all the covers off and stick over 2 gallon of waxoil on mine it will not look nice but it will help reduce any chance of rust in the next decade. But he has give me some ideas
