Well said...

If it were me, and the driver said 'I hadn't noticed', I'd take that as an admission of driving with undue care and attention and issue points there and then. That would be well deserved too.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.

I agree completely, but I also think that cars can look better with them on so I can understand why people do it....I just wish they wouldn't! It annoys the hell out of me  :angry:
