Look at the almost perfect colouring of those photos, plus the lovely almost hazey look to them, almost HDR.  Any idea how to get shots like that?  Looks like a wide angle lens too?

First thing will be very good glass, some of the images are very clean.

Some of the shots are definately multiple exposures and more than likely lit.

The outside shots like like HDR or a micro contrast plugin to give the tone mapped look.

The interior shots, look like they have either been shot using a very soft diffusing filter, or gaussian blur layered with probably soft light and a very low opacity, and then the levels adjusted to fix the colour.

Either way he's got some quality glass, look at the food shots, very good quality bokeh, with very little abbreviations, and probably a full frame sensor, and either he's got some good photoshop skills or he's using a retoucher, but someone has spent some time on those images.  they will also be using a calibrated screen, to ensure the colours are correct.
