North Wales new boy!
« on: 13 February 2010, 20:22 »
Dear All
Just bought a MK4 GTI 1.8T , use to drive a 16v MK3 but sold it last year with the intension of getting a van but gave up. The car is standard but I have a million and one things I would like to do to it.
The first job is to give it a good clean, drop it down an insh or so and a new set of rims, any suggestions???

thanks!!

Hi - Took my baby for a spin, waw  what can I say. Although the MK3 16v was to my liking the 1.8T is a dream. HIC gave me a decent but not the cheapest deal. Swift was very cheap but no mods!!!!!
Every thing works as it should but my firts question is can I fit a CD changer to the standard radio unit, it works well and does fit the console. Might be a mid life chrisis but I know this is showing my age, i still have tapes in my loft.

thanks
