VAGCOM error - 00550 - Start of Injection Regulation .... any ideas?

Helo all,

The car in question is a 1.9TDi AHU Engine. I ran VAGCOM recently and it picked up the following error;

00550 - Start of Injection Regulation
           17-10 - Control Difference - Intermittent

To give you guys a bit of background on the car, it's had the injectors reconditioned and i've had bosio nozzles that allow more fuel fitted - could it be anything to do with this?
