HOW TO REMOVE BLACK SKIRTS ON BUMPERS AND SIDE?

Hey, Just wondering if anyone can help? I wanna remove the skirts on the front, back bumpers and the side of the mk4 golf. I am to have these sprayed so i need to take these off. Can anyone help?

Bumper inserts: remove bumper then from behind release clips with a screwdriver.

Door strips are clipped on

front and back the same applies although there are two extra screws in the middle of the rear valence

remove the two lower screws in each wheel arch

the valences are clipped in - start on one side and grip and rip; you may need a screwdriver to lever the clips out but once you got a couple out they come off fairly easily

No need to remove the bumper
