Just noticed that one of the side vents is slightly damaged so got hold of another...I'm guessing that they just prise out, anyone removed these and can share any tips?

Probably didn't describe it well...I meant the vents either end of the dash like this one...

I've sorted it now anyway thanks...I'm a bit suprised how cr*p quality they are !!
