Stripping a 90 spec Mk2 valver at the moment. Under the bonnet, I discovered the part pictured. It's wired into the loom, looking like factory plugs etc. The rubber hose went to the airbox iirc. You can see the part number. What is it? Never seen one before, and I've seen quite a few kr's in my time.

MK1 & MK2 8v k-jets had a similar looking part as well, its deffo not factory fit on a 16v. what are the wire colours to it?
