Car was registered in April 07 (07 plate) but being an import it may actually be a little older

First service done at 13 months old and 5k miles (10k service - receipts show it cost £116 but very few parts used/listed ??)

Second service at 2 years 3 months and 10.5k miles (20k mile service cost £206 (filters and oil)

Since then my wife has managed to do 9.5k miles in 5 months   - car now has 20k miles so next service is due  - But which one ?

May sell in the next few months so would like to make it an attractive proposition for new buyer - Should I have DSG oil change done if so how much is it likely to cost?

dsg service is needed at 40k miles.

You can check the miles/days to next service by sitting in the driver's seat with the door shut and seat belt on. Turn on the ignition and without starting the car, keep the milage reset button depressed till it shows when the next service is due in the mfd.

DSG service is at 4yrs as stated earlier.

If your car has been modified in any way (remap!) then an early service would probably be better for the 'box. If not, stick with the service regime.

My car is nearly 3yrs old and has just had its second DSG service at 22.5k miles

6ltrs of oil at £15-16 a ltr and a filter at under a tenner - then labour on top. Takes less than an hour, so plan on 1hrs labour tops from a dealer.

£160 isn't bad at all.
