Not sure, it's from Virign Autoparts: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220527335960. Delviery actually came out at £2 with other items which is why I ordered it now when it isn't due for another 20K miles.

The clutch kit I ordered from them was £49 and had an OEM Sachs clutch plate in:

I notice they dont show you the fin side of the pump, could well be plastic in that case  :undecided:

In fact IIRC it was actually a metal water pump but can’t really check as I gave it to my mechanic and he’s in hopsital

All I need now is a mechanic! :grin: I was getting my clutch done for £100 too, now my gearbox is left feeling all lonely on the garage floor :undecided:

Genuine VW water pumps with plastic impeller are fine - just change them at every cambelt service  :wink:
