im Simon from Leicester, 24 years old!
just aquired a Vw mk4 Golf GTi turbo for a cheap cheap price off a friend!
had a few motors in my time, started with this lot:
Vauxhall Corsa 1.2
Ford escort 1.6 16v
Ford Escort RS turbo s2
Bmw 318is
Honda Civic type R
Ford Focus RS
Suabru impreza WRX PPP
now bought a house, and needed a cheaper motor, which is alot cheaper to insure etc !
due to its from a friend i got the golf for next to nothing, 1999 model, 3door in black, 130k full service history, and just had 4 x new tyres / mot / tax / service!
got some bad bits though, due to it costing next to nothing, massive scratch on the passengers wing and door, needs a new grill, wing mirror know has snapped inside, drivers door laquer has peeled in a small place, but all cosmetic stuff, it runs fine! except for having an Dump valve on it, which will get taken off and a Forge recirc put in its place!
