RCD 510

I have the RCD 510 radio in my car and I burnt some music folders onto a DVD RW disc. The system says cannot read contents. Is there a way to put music on the DVD RW discs, esp. as they can hold 4GB or so.

I am almost certain that the unit cannot read DVDs. You have to use CD media, SD cards or Media-In (extra).

Edit: I´m sure now that the unit cannot read DVDs. I use a 16Gb USB-stick through the Media-In interface and it works great.

The RCD510 only plays CD's i thought

You have to have the DVD based Sat Nav which can read DVD's to be able to do this
