need some ICE component advice to those who know

I'm changing the ICE set up in the front as the standard speakers don't do the job.
Looking at a lad selling these in the ICE section and wondering if the components would fit without any mods to my mk3 as he says they would ideal for a mk2
- they are a "Set of Rockford Fosgate FNP1514 Fanatic P components, 5 1/4" so ideal for MK2, boxed in excellent condition, seen very little use,£60 "
Any ICE peeps in the house?
