Swirls in paintwork???

As above, a friend of mine is viewing a car which is advertised as having ' swirls in o/s front and rear door '

why would this be then, he reckons its not been in any accidents etc

Swirls are just general wear from washing with the wrong materials, like Khare said, such as a sponge. It's usually only in the lacquer, and will usually buff out, or you can use T-Cut I think...I'm not 100% on that, so I'd wait for someone to back me up on that lol
