Gaaahhhhh....
I had to drive the work pool car this afternoon - we have a Focus estate we share, to save the cheapskates in accounts from having to pay us mileage in our own cars.
Six weeks with the DSG, and it took me a while to remember that I had to change gear! I didn't actually stall it, and by the time I was getting near my destination I was back in manual mode, but I did find myself trying to turn cormers in 4th and stuff like that.
And yet I still grope for the gearstick in the Golf, at inappropriate moments! Whoda thunk the habit of a lifetime would wear thin in six weeks!
