here you go, left hand track rod length specifications:

PAS = 379.5mm
Manual = 410mm

no, but any of the above will be adjusted out with the driver side track rod. note this length is given for all models of MK2 Golf, regardless of the ride height (carb, GTI, 16v etc)

and remember, the manual rack left hand rod isn't adjustable at all from the factory ;)
