Abf exhaust Manifolds? Best ones?

Howdy,
just wondering if any of yous have any recomendations for an exhaust manifold for the valver.

had a quick search but nothing came up.

looking for a 4-2-1 system but dont know what ones are the best, cheers

standard one ported. unless your looking for over 190hp, there not restrictive

when i was looking for one none of them could fit the 16v rhd with powersteering

yep. have to use the tsr mk2 16v item. there developing a mk3 tall block one now though

theres a raceland one on ebay just now says its for the abf, take it that it wont fit?

The Raceland ones only fit LHD cars unless you want to modify them.

i do believe kent customs are doing a mk3 manifold for 200 squidlies
