there are many a kit to fit exotic wheels on to different stud pattens!!! h+r currently do different kits which will prob allow you to do the conversion you require for around ?200
i am currently looking into having some mk2 (4x100 pcd to either 5x100 or 5x112 pcd kits made up from mils steel as a cheaper option at a local engineering shop) whatch this space , lookin to have made a set of 4 with bolts to fit to orig hubs for ?100
