How does everyone rate the ABF modded or not?

Alrite just after some info  of what people think on either the 2.0 16v weather it be into a mk2 or still in the mk3 , modded of not is it good stuff and probabaly the best/nearest you'd get to the VR6 or 20v put into a mk2  ? seen a fair amount of ABF's in mk2's on youtube and they look alrite i supoose they jsut dont seem to have the continng power  like the others,

But then again a rightly tuned and uprated 16v pushing 200bhp at the wheels must be good with just the facts of power to weight on its side?

Go find people that have fitted said engines and perswade them to take you for drive....... Then think and make choice Considering your budget as well

Abf is cheep reliable easy to install power. There allright on fuel and happy to rev.  as for tuned ones it depends what you do.   When enough boost and money is involved the 16v seems to be better at big big big power but thats irellivant
