Yes will fit but you will need some arch work.

Depends what tyre you fit. I'm guessing you will be going for the stretched look so I doubt you will need any archwork.

I used to run 17 x 8's with 215/40 tyres and had no problems! So if you go for say a 195 wide tyre on the 9 inch you should be fine. But that will depend on the wheel offset.

If you drop it thought it maybe a different story! 

But all you should check is the point of the bumper on the rear.
The fronts should be fine even lowered.
