What uprated alternator?

Having not long since got the car and more or less got her roadworthy I've transferred my ICE from my knackered Fiesta.

This consists of 2 subs, 6x9's and tweeters in the door cards, jbl's in the dash and 2 amps in the boot to power it all.

I'll be uprating the battery and alternator as my headlights flash like a bad night at the disco when my bass is booming and have been told that a 95amp Audi alternator would be the best thing to go for.  Just wondering exactly which model Audi this high rated alternator fits and is it a straight replacement for the mk2 Golf Gti 1.8 8v?

you also want to get a power cap (bass cap) this stores some charge so when your system needs it the capacitor discharges giving your system that extra boost.  You wont be able to get one from crappy halfords you will have to go to a car audio specialist.  This will help cure your problem of dimming lights
