Do i need to?
« on: 20 August 2009, 11:24 »
Yesterday was aparently the hottest day so far this year and i chose to spend it polishing and waxing the car   anyways I didnt get any chance to take pics last night and wanted to take some today but overnight dust has settledon the car and it doesnt look quite as shiny as it did yesterday.

Now options are re-wash car and dry and re wax it or car i just power wash the dust off and re wax and if i do re-wash it, does that strip off the original layer of wax i put on

thanks

kd

if it was me i would give it a quick wash with a neutral shampoo... you have got a mild shampoo haven't you?

failing that, if nothing has bonded overnight just give it a going over with the pressure washer or hose just to wash the dirt off... or a quick snowfoam

a mild shampoop won't strip your wax... but use washing up liquid or the like and you can kiss goodbye to yesterdays work!
