anni wheels taking apart

ok just pcked up my anni today and it has the original bbs alloys, ive been told these are splt rims so the question is do they actually split or not? i love the look of em but love the deep dish look, is it possible to replace the rim for deep dish rim on em

i was looking into doing this, spoke to styledynamix, they seemed to think it was do-able, but pretty sure it was quite expensive. might be popping down there tomorrow so will ask them.

It's not do-able in any way, shape or form.

They are 2pc, a centre, which is bolted to a complete rim.
The rim is set at 7" wide...no options (well, you could fit Mk4 RXII rims, at 6.5" wide) so no, you can't make them wider.

They aren't a split rim, in the true context...they are a multi piece, or two piece.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.

Mine were so easy to take apart, dont know how people struggle.

Also, dont get shut of original features like that!!

dont want to mate, love the wheels just want to do somethng different with em, might just space em out from the car abit more!

was down at styledynamix today, and they were saying that u would have to change the whole barrel to make them any deeper. however it will be very expansive to do, they did recommend speaking to image wheels about it http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/
