Exhaust needs doing next month, and im after a cheap backbox, dont want it loud (although its allowed to make a noise!)

come across this on ebay: 250478232060
thoughts on this, or other possible boxes

I would not bother they never fit that good.

DO NOT BUY THAT

I bought the same one yesterday and it does not fit, no hangers, silencer to back box is wrong angle and too short, the guy charges 50 pounds to fit, that is fabricating a pipe to match the silencer

if you do, you can take mine off me for half the price

biggest waste of money i have ever had

he mentions its for a mk3 golf, that is misleading

I have a Jetex backbox for a MKIII that I bought in error from the bay. Its not in the best condition in the whole wide world, but it is servicable with no apparent leaks. Once its cleaned up and fitted, it won't look bad and will probably sound nice too. I paid £60 for it but was ripped off. Only asking £20 as I am a realist, not a dreamer.

is it 8 or 16v though? im idealy looking for something that will just go on no problems
