mine would judder between 2500 and 3000 revs anything after that it would run better it would do it in any gear when i plugged the vag com in it came up with possition sensor i check it and the wiring the wiring us f**ked so my mate double checked it at his garage and comfirmed it was causeing the fault so its getting sorted on thursday!

right i replaced the wires and throttle body and sensor's and it runs a lot better just need to reset ECU  , its stopped juddering between rev's there is only a slight hesitation at 3000 revs for a split sec then its all ok.

Change the ECU relay! :rolleyes:

Hey guys,

What number did the relay have on it.167 or 80?I am stomped with the same problem.Irritating jerking all the time.

i think it was 80 on it its on the top row 2nd one in from the left. just take it for a run then feel them if 80 or 167 are cold then replace them if warm to touch then they should be ok.
