Yeah ive got the same problem. for example say im sitting cruising in low revs then quickly put my foot to the floor theres a wee jolt and a split second later its away and running fine. only appears to happen for under a second, its like a sudden hesitation then its fine, duno wot it is, anyone??
Check your engine mounts.

right with the AGG you have a crank sensor as well as the dizzy hall sensor, so you need to make sure the cam, crank and dizzy are all lined up spot on at TDC, the ECU takes care of the rest.  alos worth getting the fault codes cleared and see what comes back
