King lead from coil on ABF
« on: 27 June 2009, 10:13 »
Just wondering how it's meant to be held on?

I was poking about under the bonnet this morning and found mine almost hanging off!
I pushed it back on but you can pop it off seriously easily, literally a tap with a finger and it's off.

Does this look normal?

Is that plastic bracket thing thats clipped to the plug meant to be mounted somewhere?

Thanks!

Could it be that something has snapped?  Usualy its the rubber that grips to keep it on, the metal just clips over the contacts but can sometimes be quite loose.  See if something has snapped inside?  if not might be worth a new lead.
