Metal clip round gear knob

Easy ways how to get the Fecker off please.  :wink: :grin:

if you need to reuse it: needle nose pliers inside the crimp, then open the pliers up

i just cut mine off with tinsnips because the new gear knob had a new clip with it

I got my gaitor off once, but I warn you, there is a tiny bit of play in the knob now, after I've put it back together. :(

i have first hand experience of the play in Ivor's knob. we met in a carpark and noone was looking.
