Hi all,
Getting confused if my car is either OBD1 or 2. Vag.com errors when i run the the OBD2 test but i could have it configured wrong.
My golf is a GTI 8v with an ADY engine block on a 95 plate. Does anyone know the answer?

Think its ODB1, but my 1&2 code reader did not want to work so i had to buy one for early VWs from Talk to my car for £30. Cant get Vag com to work on mine either
Works on all the other VW/Audis in my family, damn ADY's

VAG-COM should work fine on your car, if you got the free version and a cheap USB cable from ebay.
