i mate buy bigger then 110HP
stock in 0.198mm i think in 110HP they where 0.208
ive got from AUDI a6 2.5tdi they where 0.216mm
i had stock 110HP on dyno shows 113,4 on stock injectors when i put from audi ive got 148 but need remap coz was big smoke
so probably if u put bigger injectors ull probably need to do remap but thats only my point of viev
bigger injector are aswell the hibrid once 0.245 and 0.260
but remember if u buy new remeber to ask is the pressure set up properly there is 2 of them upper and lower if they arent set up properly ... engine bye bye ...
so the best way is to look after used once from mk3 golf tdi with AFN engine they have all set up already of it is hard go to your local VW dealer and ask about the injectors from mk4 tdi 110HP might fit but not sure so if they are the same look from mk4 tdi 110HP
