Broken 'leccy window!

wonder if any1 can help me with my passenger window problem. it seems to have a mind of its own!!
it works when it wants to. works sometimes and other times it does'nt. does any1 have an idea as to what the problem could be?? theres no wires loose behind the door panels. any help appreciated. thanks in advance!!

is the motor in the back the same as in the front?

as was thinking of swopping my back drivers for me front one as i dont use the back as i not sit in the back lol

mrwotto - did you find out if the back regulator is the same as the front?

(Posted this in another thread as well but hey)
I know there is the motor for driving the window up and down but what you you call the runners/cable that join it all together? (sorry for the stupid question) its just that I need the whole lot and not sure what im meant to be asking for. Is it the motor and regulator  or window mech, motor and regulator?
