stalling and engine revs drop

hi i have been having a problem with my golf gti m3 8v,it stalls some times and the revs also drop all the time when i dip the clutch can anyone please help i dont have a clue?

hi there mate ive heard of this problem before and ive been told that the throttle body housing just needs taking out and giving a good clean. that should sort out the stalling and stop making the revs drop.

also look at you idle stabaliser controle valve if your modle has on sits above the vapped cover and should vibrate wen on
