Falut Needs Rectifing Before i Get A Remap

Hi

I wanna get my 2001 1.8t AUM engine Remapped. However since i've owned the car its had a re-occouring fault.
The code is 16725 , Camshaftpos sensor plausible signal.
Ive had the camshaft changed, MAF replace and had a cambelt kit fitted (inclding damper).
After each part was replaced the codes were cleared. It drove better but about 8 miles later it came back on now lacks power again
would you guys be able to help me out
i live in essex but work in london

has no one replaced the camshaft position sensor?? that would have been the first thing to replace if its the thing giving the code!

ah right was going to say!!  hmm have you had the wiring checked out?

i havent check the wires yet. However i had another good check of the engine today, i found a broken pipe under my intake manifold. I replaced this and 
feels like i have alot more power again. didnt have enough time to clear the e.m.l but will clear it tommorrow. fingers crossed

ive got a forge 007p on its way would feel any difference in the drive fitting this alone
