Air con/Heated seats

just bought a vr6 obd2 last one big ends went this new one is the highline but not sure if the heated seats work turned the temp guage but nothing ant ideas please

Also the air con isnt blowing cold any tests i could do ie to check the compresser before going for a regass

ive got same probs with my heated seats, but i asked on the forum b4 and they advised me i could do with new heated pads, i think they cost around 67 squid from dealers and there is a manual to fit them on here aswell, although i do get a tiny bit of heat
