adjusting tracking
« on: 04 May 2009, 14:43 »
i had my front left wheel bearing changed about 3 weeks ago and ever since the tracking has been out it veers to the left and i have to hold the wheel at about the 2oclock position just to go straight and its starting to annoy me now, how hard is it to adjust the tracking or is it a garage job?  or can i just take the steering wheel off and move it to solve the problem? and also why would a new bearing make the tracking go out as it was fien before!?

garage job. Needs special equipment to adjust. I paid £46 down my local garage to adjust camber and toe in. Well worth it.
