Digifant 'reset' procedure posted by rubjonny - can't find, and help please?

I think it was brother runjonny who posted a whole digifant ecu reset procedure in a nice helpful article which I wisely printed off, but unwisely subsequently lost!!! twit!

Been trawling and can't find it so if some one knows a link I'd much appreciate it.
