goverment grant 4 old cars

how can i trade a mk3 golf with alot of good memories 4 a new shape fiesta 1.25 and a 7 thousand pound fianance bill? could get 4 decent gtis with that and still have change! and id be more happy,dont scrap them there classics!

this is im affraid why get in debt up to my eye balls to have a new corsa/golf or nething else on finance it will lose more money in its first year than my current car cost me, im not upgrading when i have more fun in my vr6 and its all paid for havent got to worry about paying the finace each month. Im sorry goverment im sticking with my old skool cars

i agree. This government grant thing is bollox. Just another opportunity to get in more debt. :sick:

I plan to just keep the mk3, it will be coming out mint from the body shop, and just keep it as a good example.

As everyone else who isnt an enthusiast scraps theirs, the value of mine goes up! haha.
