Rear Anniversary valence

here's a question for you all

the obvious difference between the diesel and petrol anni valence is the cutout

what i want to know is do you think its easy and possible to put a cutout in the diesel version as i've noticed like a small bracket at the bottom of the petrol version





or are there more differences than meets the eye??

They are exactly the same bar the cut out,the petrol anni exhaust fits through that hole.I have seen a diesel valance that's been cut to suit the 4motion exhaust,not sure about it though
