Easy to do mate, well,i managed anyway. The first thing to do is to take the front bumper off and the wheel arch liner. Just make sure the bolts on the inside of the arch are undone,i couldnt even see the lower one on mine as it was covered in crap, also, the wing might take some getting off if it aint been off before as they were glued on in the factory,it should all be pretty self explanatory when you are there with it in front of you!

snifferdog beat me to it.

Haynes explains it all...
requires taking off front bumper, headlight, wheel, inner wheel arch.

There are about 4/5bolts bolts under bonnet, 2 behind bumper, 2 behind inner wheel arch.

New wings don't always fit perfect and might require some gentle persuasion. When in place make sure drivers door doesn't catch.

Cool, just wanted to check, as there is a bit of metal that bends out to hold it, and if it was becuase of a ding it might not have been as easy. (speak from example)

And on the subject of rust, im still gloating about de-arching my car and having no rust, and being under it for service.... no rust. Just a tad on the door sill, which is being cut out. And a bit on the door :/
