Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of ordering from these guys...
Yes they are cheap but their customer service is awful!
I couldn't find any rainsports in a 195 50 15s locally so on friday I placed an order with them via the internet.
I have a dangerous tyre (wall is separating from the tread) so I parked the car up and today I got a phone call saying they were out of stock. Before I phoned them back I checked the availability on line and it said still available!!
Anyway when I phoned them they weren't apologetic, I'd say defensive especially when I informed them they were still showing as available. The manager was extremely unhelpful and just offered me Goodyear Excellence or Falkens!!!
When I asked about a 195 45 15 they were an extra £64 with no chance of discount for any of my wasted time.
So I guess now I'll just order from someone else!
My advice if you want their prices is not to order online but phone for availability (just don't expect a friendly voice) or even better try and get someone else to price match. Seriously WOEFUL!
