Just as a possibilty, there are other cars out there with heated seats. I am sure with a bit of thought, the wiring could be sorted out to accomodate non VAG elements to a VAG system.

mk3 switch in mk2 centre
what ya recon. cig lighter is hidden at the bottom. :wink:

Got a votex centre console now so this has to go. Ill work something out with the mk2 switch and mk3 loom using that diagram.
