Fitting a new throttle cable 1.4e

Hi guys, is it a tricky job to fit a new throttle cable on a 1.4e?

Any advice? ie. do I have to do anything in the footwell, or is it all the engine side of the bulk head etc? anyone done it before and got some novice tips?
